Using the absolute leader in the health and fitness industry in educating our fitness professionals, Pure Fitness for Women requires our trainers to be certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), in addition to using the Apex Nutrition Program, which is a Level 1 American Dietetic Association (ADA) system. In simple terms, we have educated our team to help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals!
